• Phase 1 and 2 are now complete. 10^th Street from West to Menlo Avenue is currently open to thru traffic.
• Phase 3 paving has been completed.  Covell Street will be open to thru traffic once lighting and restoration work is complete.
• Phase 4 utility work is complete.  Subgrade stabilization, aggregate base course placement, concrete installation and asphalt paving to be completed in the upcoming weeks.

Commuter Route Information:

• 10^th Street from West Avenue to Menlo Avenue is now open to thru traffic.
• Covell Avenue from 10^th Street to 11^th Street is currently closed to thru traffic.
• Menlo Avenue from 9^th Street to 10^th Street is currently closed to thru traffic.
• Pedestrian access is available along the sidewalks.  Please use caution when walking through the work area.
