Since its launch in 2019, the City of Sioux Falls mobile app has become a useful way for residents to ask questions or report non-emergency concerns. Since then, the City has resolved more than 86,000 reported issues, including pothole repairs and snow removal.

New! Enhanced Features
In August 2024, the City of Sioux Falls launched an upgraded version of its mobile app, designed to make it easier for residents to access any City service. The new mobile app offers several enhancements, including:
- One Contact: Residents can now reach any City department from a single platform, simplifying communication and transactions such as bill payments.
- Cost Savings: By utilizing existing City-owned software, the new app provides cost savings for the City.

Despite its new features and look, the app retains its original name. Accessing these new features is as easy and does not require an account.
- Navigate to the Google Play or Apple store on your mobile device.
- Search for ‘city of sioux falls.’ Download and install the app.
- Once installed, find and launch the application from your home screen.
