Street Closure – Career Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, southbound South Career Avenue will be closed at Maple Street south to Research Drive.

Lidel Construction will be working on new utilities. The work is expected to be completed and reopened Friday, November 1, 2024.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Cliff Ave

Beginning on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, the center lane of South Cliff Avenue will be closed between 15th Street and Prospect Street to allow crews to perform sanitary sewer repairs.

Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Shoulder Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, October 31, 2024, the northbound shoulder on South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 69th Street and 85th Street to allow crews to perform sidewalk improvements. Turn lanes within the closure will also be closed.

Weather permitting, all work is expected to be completed within two weeks.
