Street Closure – 69th Street

Beginning on Thursday morning, September 5, 2024, West 69th Street from Sundowner Avenue to Cain Avenue will be closed.

The City of Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by 7:00 p.m. on the same day.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – West Mesa Pass

Beginning on Friday, September 6, 2024, the western leg of West Mesa Pass will be closed from Essex Drive to the north to allow construction crews to begin work on the next phase of street and utility improvements along West Mesa Pass. This closure will include the intersection of West Mesa Pass and Essex Drive.

This work will include a new water main, streetlights, concrete curb repairs, and asphalt surfacing.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by early November 2024.
