Sioux Falls, South Dakota: Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation announced a wide range of affordable recreation programs and pool openings for the upcoming summer season. Outdoor aquatic facilities and splash pads will open at 1 p.m. on May 31, weather permitting.

“Summer is a time so many families look forward to,” said Jackie Nelson, Recreation Manager. “The department is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable programs for all ages, offering opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy the season.”

Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation operates the Midco® Aquatic Center and eight other facilities, including three family aquatic centers, two neighborhood aquatic facilities, two spray parks, and one wading pool.
