City’s Annual Hydrant Flushing Begins Monday

Beginning Monday, April 14, the City of Sioux Falls Water Division will start its annual hydrant flushing program. During the flushing process, crews will visit hydrants across the city, starting on the north side and working south, to open hydrants and flush them of water.

Signal Repair – Cliff Avenue and 57th Street

Beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025, the traffic signal at South Cliff Avenue and 57th Street will be turned off for maintenance. Stop signs will be in place and the intersection will function as an all-way stop.

Seasonal Leaf and Branch Drop-Off Sites Open Saturday
