85th Street Improvements

The City of Sioux Falls, City of Tea, and the SDDOT are cooperatively working together to study, design, and construct improvements along 85th Street from Louise Avenue to Heritage Parkway, Tea. This corridor is in need of street improvements due to the continued growth of the area and expansion of the arterial street network. This webpage will have updates on the various projects on going along the corridor.

The 85th Street and I29 Interchange Environmental Assessment is now available for public comment. Please refer to the document listed on the right. The document is available for public comment from November 2 to December 2, 2022.
